First, soak soybeans. The goal is for soy
is milled afterwards. Once milled, soybeans and then boiled to denature the
protein.
Once boiled soy beans, soy beans should be
screened continuously to obtain a white liquid.
White fluid is added vinegar to the
precipitated protein and agglomerate. The precipitate that there had to be
printed and in the press.
Finally, the liquid which has become tofu cut into pieces and soaked in
cold water.
